Thanks — we've got your question and will reply shortly.
The Napnest Firmly Mattress is a 27cm firm feel mattress, the first in the Napnest range engineered for sleepers who need maximum structural support. Built on a heavy-duty 2.3mm gauge pocket spring system — a step up from the standard pro pocket springs below — it combines high-density support foam and air convoluted wave foam with reinforced 360-degree edge support. Available King Single through Super King. Certified OEKO-TEX and CertiPUR-US, backed by a 5-year warranty.
5 Reasons the Napnest Firmly Mattress is a Customer Favourite
-
2.3mm Heavy-Gauge Pocket Springs — The Strongest Spring Core in the Range: The Firmly's 2.3mm gauge pocket springs are a step up from the standard pro springs used in lower models. Heavier gauge coils mean greater longevity and stronger resistance to body impressions.
-
High-Density Support Foam That Resists Body Impressions Over Time: The high-density foam layer is engineered to maintain its shape under sustained weight, resisting the gradual sagging that shortens the lifespan of lower-density foam — keeping performance consistent for years.
-
Air Convoluted Wave Foam for Cooling and Pressure Relief: Despite its firm feel, the Firmly incorporates air convoluted wave foam to drive airflow through the upper comfort layers — preventing heat buildup and adding pressure relief without compromising the firm, supportive feel.
-
Reinforced 360-Degree Edge Support That Maximises Every Centimetre: Structural foam perimeter edge support runs around the entire mattress border, eliminating border sag and expanding the usable sleep surface to the edge — especially important on a firm mattress where edge stability affects sleeping confidence.
-
Certified Toxin-Free and Backed by a 5-Year Warranty: OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and CertiPUR-US certified foams confirm the Firmly is free from harmful chemicals across every layer, backed by a 5-year Napnest warranty. Visit our showroom to feel it in person, or order online.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes does the Napnest Firmly Mattress come in?
The Napnest Firmly is available in King Single, Double, Queen, King, and Super King, with a 27cm height across all sizes.
What makes the Firmly different from other Napnest mattresses?
The Firmly is the first firm feel mattress in the range — every model below it is medium feel, and it also introduces a heavier 2.3mm gauge pocket spring system.
Is the Firmly suitable for back and stomach sleepers?
Yes — the firm feel profile and high-density foam foundation suit back and stomach sleepers, plus anyone who finds medium feel mattresses too soft for proper spinal alignment.
Is the Napnest Firmly certified safe?
Yes — OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and CertiPUR-US certified foams throughout, confirming the mattress is free from harmful chemicals across every layer.
Can I try the Firmly in person, and how is it delivered?
Yes — the Napnest Firmly is available to view and test at our Penrose showroom, open 7 days. We deliver across the North Island, with finance available.
